Minors under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using or attempting to access Joingy video roulette rooms. Any attempt by a minor to bypass age confirmation prompts will result in an immediate and permanent IP ban.
3. Prohibited Conduct & Community Rules

- Non-Consensual Behavior: Any aggressive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or abusive verbal or visual behavior toward chat partners.
- Unlawful or Non-Consensual Content: Broad-casting explicit non-consensual material, recorded footage of minors, or infringing copyrighted media.
- Automated Bot Usage & Fake Cams: Deploying automated spam scripts, virtual webcam injectors (OBS loops), advertising links, or commercial solicitation.
- Personal Data Harassment: Attempting to dox, record, screenshot, or harvest private personal data of other chat participants without permission.
4. Moderation & Enforcement
Joingy enforces a zero-tolerance policy against severe policy breaches using 24/7 automated AI computer vision models combined with human compliance teams. Violations will lead to immediate connection termination, permanent hardware/IP blacklisting, and where necessary, reporting to legal authorities.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Joingy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. Because matching is random and unscripted, Joingy assumes no liability for conduct, statements, or content displayed by third-party strangers paired during live video roulette sessions. Users interact at their own discretion and risk.
6. External Links & Affiliate Disclosure
Our platform contains links and call-to-action buttons directing users to external partner services (/join/). Joingy does not control or assume responsibility for external web content, terms, or privacy policies.
